Suffolk Whole Hog (SWH) – Cancellation and Refund Policy

By registering and subsequently taking part in the 2026 Suffolk Whole Hog, the booking party and all associated participants within the booking (all of whom must read this document), agree to the following set of terms, conditions and assumptions.

1. Bookings/tickets/places are not refundable.
2. Bookings/tickets/places are non-transferable. Only the individual(s) named in the booking may take part and cannot send someone to run in their place.
3. Booking amendments are possible up to two weeks before the event date. This service is offered at the sole discretion of the Organisers, and attracts a £10 admin fee, payable in advance.
4. No-shows will forfeit their booking/ticket/place.
5. Bookings/tickets/places may not be deferred to any other events except in extenuating circumstances and at the sole discretion of the Organisers.
6. Participants will not be entitled to any refund, compensation or remedy from the Organisers loss, damage or expense (perceived or otherwise) in the following circumstances:
   • 6.1. The Organisers are required to make alterations to or close part(s) of the course, event village or event facilities.
   • 6.2. The Organisers are forced to cancel, curtail or change the schedule of the event because of Government action, strike action, civil unrest, natural disaster, severe weather event, Act of God, or any other Force Majeure event or cause beyond the reasonable control of the Organisers.
7. The Organisers will endeavour to communicate with participants via electronic methods of communication such as email (via the registered email address provided at the time of booking), the Whole Hog Races website and event social media pages; any fundamental changes, curtailments or cancelations to the event.
